Testing VoIP Jingle bots

Hello, I have found at http://qxip.net/mediawiki/index.php/Testing a few Jingle bots of 6NUM.NET but Gajim thinks that these bots have no A/V support, though maybe they really don't support A/V. How can I check whether they do have Jingle support or not so I will know if the problem is of Gajim or of 6NUM.NET? May someone please check with Psi or another Jingle supported VoIP software if these bots do work? Hi all, Gajim 0.16-alpha2 has been packaged. This is the second pre-release for 0.16 branch. Don't hesitate to test it, so we can fix remaining bugs before the official 0.16 release. Fixed problem since 0.16-alpha1 is: - Fix sending messages and private messages Changelog can be found here: http://hg.gajim.org/gajim/file/gajim-0.16-alpha2/ChangeLog Where can you get it? Tarball, windows installer can be downloaded here: www.gajim.org/downloads/0.16/ Debian package is on ftp.gajim.org repository. Message Carbons not Working?

Hey guys, I was setting up an XMPP server so I could use message carbons but I had troubles with getting it to work in gajim. I read that you have to turn it on in the advanced preferences so I turned it on for my ID. However, I didn't get copies, including after a re-login and a full app restart. I then manually enabled carbons using the XML console and then I started getting copies in the XML console but they were not displayed in the chat window. (This may be because they weren't expected) There is a good chance I missed something in my setup, otherwise does anyone know why carbons are not being enabled and displayed? Thanks, Kevin

These are all the latest (as per the arch Linux repos) or the latest git in the case of mod_message_carbon. I'll get the exact versions when I get a moment. I'm busy at the moment but I can set up a test account later today if you want. Just send me a password to use (you can encrypt it to the pgp key I used to sign my original message) or send me a key to send Login info to (I just don't want my server to be abused).
