You need a server that supports it to show it from Gajim.
But you can run glade to see ui file: glade gajim/data/gui/archiving_preferences_window.ui

I have a few issues with the following dialog: /usr/share/gajim/data/gui/item_archiving_preferences_window.ui
There are other strings like "body, false, message, stream" which I do not think they should be translatable since they are referring to XML elements. Alternatively, instead of referring explicitly to the XML elements as they are written in XML, you may specify in "User Friendly" words what every preference does.
Also, in my opinion, jid should be Jabber ID, otr should be OTR and the first letter of Expire and Save should be capitalized.
Why approve, concede, forbid, oppose, prefer, require are lower case in item_archiving_preferences_window.ui and are upper case Prefer, Concede, Forbid in archiving_preferences_window.ui
