cd40d79f637166eab82aa5df133532a50f78564c introduced a new is_jingle_available property, but it was only enabled on BareContact. GroupchatParticipant was thus left without this property, raising an issue when opening a private chat.
Fixes opening private messages, thanks Darkseid for the report!
