 = Bug description =
 Some contacts got inband image normally, but some others got "HTML image"
 text instead, including ones who on Gajim. File transfer (i.e. the channel
 image supposed to be sent) is working for them.

 OS version:
 Win10

 I found that the same machine but different accs works for inband pics.
 But they use exact the same connection for file transfer. I fear that if
 connection is different or goes through ft proxy result is "HTML image"
 text instead of picture.
