 Turn an account into a semi-bot.

 I have *dictd* installed on my home computer.
 I do not have *dictd* installed at work or while hiking out in the desert.
 I have gajim at gajim.py/Home running on my home computer.
 I want gajim at gajim.py/Home to send me an output of `dict tikvah`.
