 1. explain which side can read which messages
 2. explain how this behavior is resolved
 3. tell me which protocol, versions of chat client and versions of otr
 implementation (ie. libotr, potr and gotr) are involved on both sides
 4. provide debug log output by running `gajim --loglevel .potr=DEBUG`
