 When the appindicator icon signals new messages, clicking on the contact
 item in the appindicator menu doesn't make the chat window to pops up in
 front of all the other opened windows.

 When clicking on a contact item in gajim's appindicator icon menu the chat
 windows should pop up in the foreground with the contact's tab selected
 and the awaiting message showing.
