 Yes. But there are a lot of other problems with 0.15.4 so i can't test it.
 For example, the certificate of the server is expired (not a Gajim
 problem) but when i try to click on accept the expired certificate,
 nothing happens.
 But(!) you're right. In the installer of 0.15.4 the libs are included. So
 caused by the 0.16-beta2 installer.
