 On Windows (Win7), the OTR Plugin doesn't work because of missing
 libraries.
 The Plugin isn't shown in Pluginlist.
 After copying HTMLParser.py, markupbase.py and htmlentitydefs.py from
 Python Git. The Plugin works.
