 Do not sure where to post this here or in original gajim bugtracker. So
 let it be here.

 Here is idea: plugin, that allow user to bind some actions on hotkeys
 (e.g. open join to conference dialog by ctrl+c when main window is active
 & ctrl+shift+c when message window is active).
 Some exapmles of actions:
 * conference join dialog;
 * change status dialog;
 * open from/close to tray roster window;
