 I downloaded and installed
 http://gajim.org/downloads/0.15/gajim-0.15-alpha1-2.exe, Installed the
 OTR-Plugin via the 'Plugin Installer', Put python-otr 1.0 under
 ~\Application Data\Gajim\Plugins\gotr (also tried ~\Application
 Data\Gajim\Plugins but same effect) and then restarted gajim, but the
 plugin does not appear in the list.

 gajim.exe.log has no relevant exceptions to the plugin or anything
 related.
