 = Bug description =

 The first time that OTR is enabled Gajim locks up. The key is generated
 properly but a user must restart Gajim.

 Install Gajim, install Gotr plugin (Via plugin installer), start OTR
 session with anyone or have them do the same or attempt to generate an OTR
 private key.
