Hi,

The bug tracker for plugins is here:
https://trac-plugins.gajim.org

There is no spam filter preventing you to post a ticket, only a moderation.
I'm not sure the plugin developers are on this list so you'll get more
reply there than on Gajim (not plugins) mailing list.

And it has already been reported and commented. See
