[Gajim-devel] Scrollable status menu on Windows

If it is common to all window environments, then it just does not occur under KDE or Gnome, as I never saw that in the years of using Gajim.
Only under Windows it occurs on a regular basis that the entire menu but the 1st item is below the lower edge of the menu and the rest of the menu is blank.

First it's' not specific to windows.
Second, it's a GTK "feature" ... see [0]
