Perhaps realising built-in features into plugins like Liferea 1.11.x
and MOC 2.7 http://moc.daper.net/node/1217 or overhaul code cleaning,
polishing, tightening and upgrading like MOC 2.6.

For example, since systray is considered as legacy, it should be
realised into plugin.
