[Gajim-devel] local account?

Hi, in Gajim 0.15.4 ACE I see a bunch of settings for the "local" account.
Things like use_ft_proxies, file_transfer_proxies etc. Do these have any
relevance? What exactly is the local account and which local account
settings have an effect on gajim?
