[Gajim-devel] logging to file instead of stderr, without escape sequences?

Hello,

http://trac.gajim.org/wiki/GajimLogging explains how to set up various
logging configurations, but output logging to a plain text file.
Redirecting 2> to a file fills up the log with ASCII escape sequences (and
I can't be sure random junk beside logging doesn't end up in stderr)
