[Gajim-devel] Detecting and caching LaTeX support

Why don't we detect LaTeX support at startup and cache? I don't have
dvipng installed and every time I get a message with a $$foo$$ I get

    Error executing "dvipng -bg rgb 1.0 1.0 1.0 -T tight -D 108
    /tmp/gajimtex_23.dvi -o /tmp/gajimtex_23.png": [Errno 2] No such
    file or directory

printed to my chat window.

If nobody has any objections I'll move the detection code that we've
got for the features window so that it always executes and gets
cached.
