[Gajim-devel] Gajim 0.12.4 is released

We're pleased to announce that Gajim 0.12.4 is now available. This is a
bugfix release.

It fixes History manager and improves filetransfer (Fixes proxy 
discovering of our server, improve things for IPv6)
