The way gajim-0.10 do srv lookups in windows is not quite
different from GNU/Linux. We parse the output of the command 'nslookup'.
If you have svn version of gajim installed, you can try to run 
    python src\common\nslookup.py
to see if the problem that you are facing is related to the SRV queries.
